Nash Meals recipe submissions
These terms apply only when you deliberately submit a custom recipe for possible use in future Nash Meals content. Creating and keeping a custom recipe in the app does not submit it.

Your recipe and eligibility
You keep ownership of original material you submit. By submitting, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have a parent or legal guardian’s permission, and that you created the recipe or otherwise have every right needed to submit all of its content. Do not submit a recipe copied from a cookbook, paid service, website, another app, or another person without permission.
License you grant
You grant Nash Apps a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to review, reproduce, test, edit, adapt, combine, publish, distribute, display, promote, and monetize the submitted recipe in Nash Meals, related Nash Apps products, app-store materials, and product marketing. This license does not transfer your ownership and does not prevent you from using or licensing your recipe elsewhere.
No promise of publication, credit, or payment
Submission does not create an employment, partnership, agency, or royalty relationship. Nash Apps may accept, reject, edit, combine, or never use a submission. Unless a separate written agreement is made, there is no promise of publication, attribution, payment, or other compensation. Recipes often share common ingredients and techniques, so similar existing or future content may be developed independently.
Content you must not submit
Do not include names, email addresses, links, private family details, sensitive information, unlawful material, unsafe instructions, or content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. Nash Apps may remove or decline any submission at any time.
Privacy, retention, and withdrawal
The app sends only the recipe shown in the confirmation screen, plus a random submission ID, consent version, and app version. It does not send an account or device identifier. Stored original submissions are retained for up to 24 months. You can withdraw with the private receipt created by the app; this deletes the stored original and ends consideration if it has not already been published. It cannot reverse use already incorporated into a published version.

The terms accepted at the time of submission are recorded by version. Material changes apply to later submissions after they are shown in the app. Questions can be sent through the Nash Meals support form.
Contact Nash Meals supportThis contribution program is optional. Declining it does not remove any Lifetime Access feature.
