Record the exact beta context
Include WeatherKind Build 7, iPhone model, iOS version, scenario, timestamps, and what you expected versus what happened.
Protect shared information
Redact names, cities, invite values, account details, and other private information. Never submit another person's precise location or an unredacted private screenshot.
Escalate privacy failures promptly
Report wrong-person disclosure, grant resurrection, or shared information that remains beyond fifteen minutes after pause, revoke, block, sign-out, or plan loss.
WeatherKind support is not an emergency service and cannot confirm a person's location, presence, wellbeing, reachability, or safety. Use official weather and emergency sources when appropriate.
